If you wish to know how she is doing, email her brother at quakedisruptor@gmail.comObviously, during the time of her recovery, we will want to make sure her site stays nice and tidy, well run a has some active so she has something nice to come back to. Thank you.

This has been an ongoing thing for her since 2007. But, since you are new I wouldn't expect you to know, so I'll elaborate. She has Cubital Tunnel Syndrome (Big bother of Carpal Tunnel, as Axel would say.) in both her arms due to her job and has been off work since june 2007. She had one lot of surgery in may 2008, but it failed because her neve popped back out again.

| Having it on both hands must be a pain in the ass. Hope they get it right this time. | |

| Axel had her operation yesterday. She was in at 7:30am and was third on the list. She went in after one more was sent home. (Cancelled) However, the arm block didn't work and she was sent to the end of the list until the block was out of her system and she could have another done, as she'd had the maximum dosage.
At around 10 to 5 pm, she was finally taken in and given a better arm block. (Like the one she had back in may 2008) It worked and was out of surgery after around 3 quarters of an hour to an hour of them poking around inside.
The verdict? All is fine, the surgery went well and it turns out her nerve was pretty much flattened, hence the problems.
We'll have to see if it's all fixed. Fingers crossed for her!
