What do/did you want to be when you grow/grew up?

For me, I had a few dream jobs. Back when I was 9 I was going to aim to be a mechanic. An air hostess also came into the equation after being put off being a mechanic by an annoying relative. After I gave up on being an Air Hostess, I was aiming for the RAF. But, I decided at the age of 17 that I wanted to keep my feet on the ground and stay in my home territory, so I spent a while training myself up (Keeping fit while doing another job) for the Police Force. Then I got the job at the animation company which was also another of my 'wants'.

But, in all honesty, my dream job was always either being a Firefighter, an F1 driver, or a pilot.



What about you guys?

Well, when I was little I wanted to be Sailor Moon. That didn't quite pan out. Seems real life people can't become anime characters. I cried for days when I realised that. :s

This was followed by my wonderful dream of becoming a physicisans assistant (p.a.). This dream didn't last very long because I slowly realised what all that entitled. I like people, and I love to help people, but I don't like having their lives in my hands. Call it fear of authority if you must give it a name. Then again, that can't be completely true because of the dream I'm now persuing.

After realising the medical field wasn't for me I decided to be the one thing I had wanted to be since I was really small, even before my Sailor Moon disaster. I used to set outside for hours and give my little sister pieces of paper with work on it that was too hard for her so that I could teach her how to do it. That's right! I wanted to be a teacher; still do.

So, I would have to say when I grow up (which still seems oh so far away :3 ) I want to be a teacher. X3

Two words. Racing Driver. i was obsessed

I actually wanted to be a lawyer. Why I wanted that Ive no idea! Then when I was 8 I decided I wanted to be a bus driver because my uncle (RIP) was once.

Like all young, American children, I watched British comedies. So, my aspirations ought be judged accordingly. Or, so I assume. I wanted to be British. Not exactly a job title, unless you're Graham Norton. Then, well yeah, job title. Also, after I realized being British required me to, well, be BRITISH, I wanted to be an author. That's working out ok, but now I want to be Irish. I have the ancestry, but I NEED the ale. That is all.

Wow! His "I wanted to be" post is so lame. Why, yes. Yes it is.

I wanted to be a doctor. I just liked the idea of helping others. But when I saw Ghost Busters I wanted to be one of them. Haha.

i wanted to be so much when i was younger lol first it was astronaught then scientist then archiologist then it was to work in a bog cat conservation then i wanted to study volcanos then it was a writter im still haning onto that one as when im older i want to write a biography of my life and now i want to be a teacher
