Advice on: Depression Empty
PostSubject: Advice on: Depression   Advice on: Depression Icon_minitimeFri May 15, 2009 4:46 am

Depression can be a nasty thing. It can affect other people besides yourself and can destroy relationships, push friends away and can even jeopardize your job. Not only that, but it can cause medical issues to, for example insomia, loss of apetite, mood swings, nausea, panic attacks and even fainting and other such problems.

Leanring to cope with it is key. Depression is not something you can just 'snap out of'. It takes time, patience and, unfortunately in some cases, medication.

However, some people find that simply talking about it and receiving advice actually helps them. It helps them put things in perspective and lets them deal with it in their own way while having an outlet.

Post any problems you may have in here for friendly, unbiased and helpful advice.
